The Daleks
The Daleks Are the Doctor's Most Fearsome Enemies, They Are a Mutated species and there metal exterior is infact

The Cybermen
The Cybermen were cybernetically augmented humanoids. Though the Cybermen varied greatly in design through time, the various versions of the Cybermen had several things in common. Nearly all were silver in colour, with the exception of a a black variety which also existed in the London sewers(DW: Attack of the Cybermen). They also exhibited exposed circuitry and tubing which may have contained hydraulic fluids for motion, covering a rubber or mylar-like outer skin. Cybermen frequently attempted to increase their numbers by cyber-conversion.
Prisoner Zero
Prisoner Zero was a captive of an Atraxi extra-dimensional prison. When a crack in the universe opened into Amelia's bedroom wall, it was able to escape. Prisoner Zero hid within a room in Amelia's house, placing a perception filter on the door to the room so that it would never be found. There, it hid for twelve years, sometimes venturing out into the village, posing as people who it had established a psychic link with, a process that took months. If the person it was copying was dreaming about having someone else with them, Prisoner Zero would appear to be multiple lifeforms touching each other, while actually being one creature with many limbs and orifices.
Autons
The Autons were metamorphic android robots, artificial life forms that were essentially life sized plastic dummies, animated by the Nestene Consciousness. Though they were not the only creations of the Nestene Consciousness, they were the most common and the most easily identifiable.
Silurians
The Silurians were an extremely varied species, with a wide range of subspecies and different appearances. Whilst many Silurians appeared similar, among some there were subtle differences which was attributed to being the result of a different caste. There were other such clan families with differentiating physical characteristics with some suited for environments that had extreme cold or others which lived on high plateaus. (MA: The Scales of Injustice) In general, they were humanoid reptilians with scaly crests on their head.
The Silence
The Silence are believed to be the force that caused the Doctor's TARDIS to explode on the date of June 26th 2010, and thus created cracks in time that would erase various things throughout the universe, and eventually the universe itself. The Silence are tall humanoids with bulbous heads and grey, mouthless faces. Their hands possessed large, elongated fingers with a bulbous central finger. They speak in low, guttural voices and tended to make growling or clicking noises. The Silence were able to remain hidden on Earth as anyone who saw them would instantly forget the moment they looked away.
The Astronaut
Who or what this enemy is has not yet been revealed, although the little girls face is seen in the suit many people think she was captured by the Astronaut, This Astronaut is Also Seen Killing The Doctor, which he does not regenerate from as he was shot halfway through his regeneration, It was then revealed that he was the Future Doctor And also the man who sent the letters, which were pretty much an invite to his death, the invited people also include The present Doctor and another man who is unknown.
